aftercare
How to care for your brows after your treatment:
On the day of treatment, gently wipe over your brows every hour with a cotton wool pad dampened with cool boiled water. Before bed, apply a rice grain size amount of ointment using a cotton bud.
Repeat the wiping process, then apply a small amount of ointment every morning and night for the next 7 days.
Ensure you do not get your brows wet for 24 hours and be extremely careful with water around the brow area for 7 days (no submerging in water / swimming / sauna’s or steam rooms).
Stay out of the sun until your brows are fully healed (at least 3 weeks). Factor 50 sunscreen is advised for future holidays and sunbeds.
Do not apply any skin care products or makeup on or near your eyebrows for the next 7 days.
Normal activity can be resumed immediately. We recommend that heavy exercise such as aerobics, dancing, weightlifting, etc. be delayed for approximately 2-3 days following the procedure.
Do not pick any scabs or dry areas that may form during the healing process, this may cause you to lose some pigment or damage your skin.
Do not use pure vaseline or petroleum jelly as it will clog the skin and hinder the healing process.
